신주발행 공고
상법 제416조에 의거, 2025년 10월 22일 개최한 당사 이사회에서 유상증자에 따른 신주발행에 관하여 다음과 같이 결의하였기에 이를 공고합니다.

1. 신주의 종류와 수 : 기명식 보통주식 3,650,000주
2. 신주의 발행방법: 주주배정 유상증자
3. 신주의 발행가액 : 1주당 10,000원(액면가: 1주당 500원)
4. 신주의 배정 기준일 : 2025년 11월 7일 금요일
5. 신주의 청약기일 : 2025년 11월 25일 화요일
6. 주금의 납입기일 : 2025년 11월 25일 화요일
7. 실권주의 처리 : 청약기일까지 청약을 하지 않거나 납입기일까지 대금을 납입하지 않아 발생한 실권주는 발행하지 않는다.
8. 단주의 처리 : 1주 미만의 단주는 배정하지 아니한다.
9. 신주인수권에 관한 사항: 신주인수권의 양도를 허용하지 아니한다.
10. 기타 : 유상증자 일정은 주주 및 관계기관과의 협의 과정에서 변경될 수 있으며, 기타 신주발행에 관하여 필요한 세부사항은 대표이사에게 위임한다.
